Emma Qing

Emma graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Singapore Management University and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2019. Emma also holds a master’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Intellectual Property Management and has been a qualified Chinese Patent Attorney since 2013.

Specialising in IP and Tech, Emma has both private and in-house experience in contentious and non-contentious matters relating to patents, trademarks, copyright, designs, domain names and trade secrets. She has assisted in a broad range of IP matters including prosecution, transactions, commercialisation, litigation, portfolio management, strategies and training.

Emma is fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
