His areas of practice include Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employment and Corporate Governance. He has assisted in general offers under the Singapore Code on Take-overs and Mergers and a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions and advised both public listed and private companies on corporate governance matters.
Springsfield is fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
In his free time, Springsfield enjoys a variety of activities including exercising, cooking and bar hopping.
