The Firm may use generative artificial intelligence (“GenAI”) technologies to support certain aspects of its legal services, including legal research, document review, drafting and analysis.
The use of such technologies is intended to enhance the efficiency, accuracy and quality of our legal services, and to enable our lawyers to focus on higher-value analysis and advice.
The use of such technologies is subject to strict internal protocols and safeguards. In particular:
- GenAI tools are used to assist, and not replace, the professional judgment of our lawyers
- All outputs are subject to review by qualified legal professionals before being relied upon
- The Firm implements appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of client information
- Client information will not be disclosed to external systems without appropriate safeguards
The Firm remains fully responsible for all work product and advice provided to clients.
