Recent notable M&A deals include acting as lead counsel to a private equity-led consortium in a high profile auctioned privatisation of a SGX-listed logistics company worth US$12 billion in transaction value, as well as the sale of a Temasek-backed medtech company in one of the largest biotech exits in Singapore.
